Unopened Products
Unopened, unused items can be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — just make sure the product is in its original packaging.
Opened or Used Products
Because our products are personal-care and pest-control formulations, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used items, in line with standard safety practice.
If you've received a defective or damaged product, or the wrong item, reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact our concierge team or use our online portal.
Once approved, we'll share instructions for sending the item back.
Please pack it securely in its original packaging to avoid damage in transit.
Refund Timelines
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days, credited back to your original payment method.
You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
